Ariel has been working with Jenna on her various teams since 2020, and is excited to lead the processing department for Fidelity Mortgage Lending for 2022 into the future. She brings a strong background in the creation and implementation of systems and processes, as well as superb experiences in the spheres of contract management and customer service. She brings her many skills in these areas to serve each customer as she acts as the primary liaison between our customers and our lending partners.
